London's West End is known for its fusion of historic landmarks and modern architecture.

From galleries to theatres, eateries, and shops, it offers a blend of old and new, with awe-inspiring elements to explore for every visitor.

Throughout this month-long festival, the West End will host various activities and events. Explore guided tours of the newly transformed National Portrait Gallery, delve into the reimagined Notre Dame de France church, or dive into discussions about the architectural evolution of London’s iconic West End theatres.

Architectural enthusiasts and those looking to see another side to the West End are invited to attend talks where established and emerging architects will share their designs and creative processes. As the sun sets, explore the immersive Lucent Twilight Tours, offering a glimpse into the innovation behind London’s iconic Piccadilly Lights.

Or, join renowned London tour guide Katie Wignall as she leads a special tour highlighting the architectural wonders of the West End, inviting the public to uncover the city’s hidden architectural gems.

Beyond talks and tours, two architect-designed installations are coming to the West End.

Play Place is set to enliven Leicester Square Gardens from mid-June, inviting families and children to explore play within a central city space - an opportunity to engage in play while exploring inclusive city design.

From early June, Pi Park in St James’s Market is set to offer an immersive experience through biomimetic architecture and micro-scale engineering. Creative workshops are available for participants to craft their own interpretations of the mathematical concept Pi.

These installations, alongside the festival events, are set to ignite curiosity, creativity, and community engagement, welcoming everyone to reimagine the role of architecture in London.
