• To enter our prize draw simply like the competition post and follow Transport for London, National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait Restaurant, Six The Musical and Art of London on Instagram, tag a friend and for an extra 5 entries share to stories.

• The promoter is Art of London, operated by Heart of London Business Alliance (company no. 04293930) whose registered office is at 80-81 St Martin's Ln, London WC2N 4AA.

• The competition is provided by Transport for London, National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait Restaurant and Six The Musical.

• Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Employees of Transport for London, National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait Restaurant, Six The Musical, HOLBA, and their family and friends are not eligible for entry.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• The competition runs from 7 - 14 August 2024. After the closing date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted unless stated otherwise.

• Competition closes at midnight on 14 August 2024.

• One winner will be randomly selected.

• Two tickets to SIX the Musical in London’s West End, by 5th January 2025 (as availability allows). Tickets can only be booked for performances on Tuesday – Thursday, excluding during school holidays.

• The prize is as stated, no cash alternative and non-transferable.

• Winners must claim their prize within 3 days of notification. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within 3 days, another winner will be drawn at random.

• Transport for London, National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait Restaurant and Six The Musical has the right to withdraw this prize at any time.

• Subject to availability, prize valid for over 18s only. Cannot be exchanged for any other offer.

• Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any Social Network.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified as soon as possible by the promoter.

• Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or its distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the by negligence of the promoter, its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Data will not be shared with anybody external to Heart of London Business Alliance.
