Art of London Competition Terms and Conditions:
The promoter is Art of London, operated by Heart of London Business Alliance (company no. 04293930) whose registered office is at 80-81 St. Martin's Lane London WC2N 4AA
Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter.
Employees of Heart of London Business Alliance and their immediate family are prohibited from entering.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Entrants must be UK residents only.
The competition runs from 20th November 2023 until 30th November 2023. After the closing date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted unless stated otherwise.
The winner will be chosen at random.
The winner will be notified via the channel they used to enter the competition on or after 30th November 2023.
If the winner cannot be contacted before 7th December, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner.
The prize is as stated and no cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferrable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter will notify the winner of the delivery of the prize.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify the winner of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or its distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the by negligence of the promoter, its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. Data will not be shared with anybody external to Heart of London Business Alliance.
