West End Gallery HOP!

The Spring edition of the West End Gallery HOP! is set to take place on Wednesday 6 April. Offering a free art pilgrimage for the art curious, art fanatics and collectors alike, this is a seasonal art event that should be making a regular appearance in your calendar. Over 30 galleries across the vibrant art districts of Mayfair, Marylebone, St James's, Soho and Fitzrovia are staying open late into the evening for members of the public to explore current exhibitions after dusk.

Art of London Presents: Take A Moment 2022


Art of London is proud to present this must-see, ground-breaking photography exhibition from artist, Ray Burmiston. This West End exhibition comes with a key message for the to help raise awareness for mental health.

The spectacular exhibition will feature a huge number of famous faces photographed with their eyes closed, to remind people to take a moment to look after their mental health. Featuring portraits of A-list stars including David Walliams, Stephen Fry, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Kate Moss, Richard Ayoade, Helena Bonham Carter, Ricky Gervais, Grayson Perry, Mel B, James Corden, Nish Kumar, and many others from the worlds of entertainment and sport, Art of London’s exhibition will appear on Europe’s largest advertising display, the Piccadilly Lights. Owner of the Piccadilly Lights, Landsec have kindly donated advertising time for free to help raise mental health awareness as part of this campaign.

Underneath the iconic Piccadilly Lights is a pop-up gallery, a relaxed and intimate gallery space inviting you to take a closer look at the portraits of some of your favourite stars. The gallery is filled with around 200 portraits of celebrated faces from the stage and screen and the world of music. Allow yourself to be immersed in the ambient music and be sure to get involved yourself! Make use of the specially crafted space which allows you to 'Take A Moment', snap a black and white selfie and post to Instagram tagging @PiccadillyLights along with the hashtag #TakeAMoment2022.
