Tim Walker's Fairyland: Love and Legends (opening later this year)

Unfortunately not open during Pride Month, but one to bookmark for later. Acclaimed photographer Tim Walker's major new exhibition is a celebration of queer identity, creativity and community. Featuring portraits of activists, performers, writers and artists photographed over the past five years, Fairyland combines Walker's signature fantastical style with stories of LGBTQ+ trailblazers from Britain and beyond. Marilyn Monroe: A Portrait

A queer icon and enduring symbol of reinvention, Marilyn Monroe takes centre stage in this centenary exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery. Bringing together photographs, paintings and pop art works by artists including Richard Hamilton, Pauline Boty and Andy Warhol, the exhibition explores Monroe's transformation from Norma Jeane Baker into one of the most recognisable figures in popular culture.
