Art of London brings the French Riviera to London with a free immersive art experience

Step inside iconic painting inspired by the French Riviera as Art of London transforms the West End into a Mediterranean escape this October

London is getting a taste of the French Riviera this autumn, as Art of London transforms the West End into an immersive art experience.

Created in partnership with the Royal Academy of Arts, Step Into the French Riviera will bring artworks from the forthcoming Painting the French Riviera exhibition out of the gallery and onto the streets.

Visitors can step inside immersive displays, with colour, sound and scent bringing the Riviera to life, from vibrant scenes by André Derain with to be announced.

Running throughout October, the free experience is designed as a cultural escape in the heart of London, with a wider programme of food, shopping and culture to discover across the West End.

So, if you can't make it to the Côte d’Azur this autumn, Art of London is bringing a little of it to you.
