Blue Note London to Open on St Martin’s Lane This September

One of the world’s most celebrated jazz clubs is coming to London, with Blue Note set to open its doors on St Martin’s Lane on 23 September 2026.
The new venue will bring Blue Note’s renowned live music experience to the heart of the West End for the first time, giving Londoners and visitors a new place to discover world-class jazz, soul, R&B and contemporary music.
The opening season gets off to a major start, with an impressive line-up of artists including Robert Glasper, Erykah Badu, Jamie Cullum, Yussef Dayes, Nubya Garcia and SHABAKA, alongside many more leading names from the world of music.

Located on St Martin’s Lane, Blue Note London will offer an intimate setting for live performances, with the main venue accommodating around 250 guests. The programme will bring together established international artists with some of the most exciting names in London’s music scene.
A second space, B-Side, is also planned to open later in 2026. With capacity for around 100 people, it will provide a dedicated platform for emerging artists and new talent.
For visitors exploring the West End, the new venue adds another reason to spend an evening around St Martin’s Lane and Covent Garden, combining live music with the area’s restaurants, bars, theatres and other cultural attractions.
Blue Note London’s opening season begins on 23 September, with performances continuing throughout autumn. With such a strong opening line-up already announced, music fans can expect plenty more to discover as the new venue establishes itself on London’s live music scene.
