A 250 year-old art gallery and independent charity on Piccadilly. The RA hosts major exhibitions by historic and living artists, including one of the biggest shows in the London social calendar: the annual Summer Exhibition. Income from its visitors and supporters provides free education in the Royal Academy Schools, and supports the RA’s world-class Collection and Learning programme.
