Vivie Warren is a woman ahead of her time whisky in hand, a keen eye for a mystery, and a determined spirit ready to shatter the glass ceiling with a career in law.

Yet, when her estranged mother returns, bringing with her a life of secrets and sophistication, Vivie’s world is irrevocably changed.

Mrs. Warren is a force of nature - successful, unapologetic, and masterful at navigating a world dominated by men. She has built her fortune with fierce resolve. But what happens when the daughter she’s fought for refuses to follow the same path?

In this stunning revival of George Bernard Shaw’s provocative masterpiece, four-time Olivier Award winner Imelda Staunton (The Crown) shares the stage with her real-life daughter Bessie Carter (Bridgerton) for the very first time.

Experience this compelling drama at the Garrick Theatre a bold, brilliant production that was once almost banned, now lighting up the West End with renewed fire.

Please note: select July performances will be filmed, with cameras in the auditorium. Audience members may appear on screen.
