Play Place

Play Place is designed for families to explore creative play in the very centre of London in a bustling city space - an opportunity to engage in play while exploring inclusive city design.

Play Place is all about asking the question: how can we make cities more playful? Alongside being a a fun spot to enjoy; Play Place is also a way to get people talking about how we can make cities better for kids.

In collaboration with Art of London and London Festival of Architecture, this eye-catching play area aims to spark conversations about urban design.

Embrace the spirit of play in our cities in Leicester Square Gardens this June.

Created by Delve Architects and Plaey Workshop, along with support from Heart of London Business Alliance, Westminster City Council, and London Festival of Architecture and sponsored by Dragon Smoke Construction. The installation is a colourful playground reminiscent of a giant puzzle ready for little ones to explore.
