Tickets & Prices

Held every year for over 250 years, this much-loved show brings together a vibrant mix of work by celebrated artists and fresh new voices.

You’ll find everything from paintings and prints to sculpture, photography, architecture, and film all under one roof.

With more than 1,700 artworks on display, there’s plenty to explore plus plenty to take home.

Most pieces are for sale, with prices starting under £250, making it a great opportunity to begin your own collection or simply pick up something you love. Every purchase also supports the artists and The Royal Academy, an independent charity.

This year’s exhibition features a playful courtyard installation by Ryan Gander, where five giant inflatable spheres set the tone for a bold and imaginative show. Inside, highlights include powerful new works by Tracey Emin and striking sculptures suspended from the ceiling.

Some pieces explore social and political themes. If you’d like more information before your visit, the RA team is happy to help.

Please note that the views expressed in the artworks are those of the artists and not necessarily those of the Royal Academy.
