Yinka Ilori transforms Piccadilly Circus with bold new artwork

Artist and designer Yinka Ilori MBE, in collaboration with Art of London, has transformed Piccadilly Circus into a colourful dreamscape of possibility.

Artof London Yinka Ilori 4148

Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

The spectacular new art installation is inspired by the Greek god of requited love, Anteros, who famously sits atop the fountain at Piccadilly Circus.

Taking inspiration from Anteros and themes of Greek mythology, the installation features two stunning Pegasus figures, perched on bright orange and yellow plinths with inspiring messages.

Ilori’s vibrant, joyful style gives the familiar Anteros statue a fresh, uplifting twist. Titled 'Good Things Come To Those Who Wait', the installation by Yinka Ilori will be in situ at Piccadilly Circus from 20-25 August.
