About the Artist
Nelly Ben Hayoun-Stépanian PhD (she/they) is a visionary artist, award-winning experiential designer, and creative director. She founded the International Space Orchestra, the world’s first orchestra of NASA scientists and astronauts, and the University of the Underground, a tuition-free university pushing the boundaries of education and creativity.
Her large-scale projects blend science, art, and music, featuring collaborations with global icons like Massive Attack, Kid Cudi, and The Avalanches.
